First round win in Manila.
The event got underway today here at the World Trade Center. Did some gambling in One Side the last two days. Played Jerome Pena twice, once on Monday and again yesterday. Lost the first one 17-18 but doubled the bet to crank it up to 900US yesterday and won 23-15.
Arrived this morning at 09:30 and practiced a little. At 10:10 there were still no balls for the match tables 
They finally came in so we started a little later.
Had to play Scott Higgins from the UK. Played my speed and broke well. Finished it off with 3 and out for a 9-1 win 
Have to play Oi from Japan or a Philippino tomorrow at 13:00. One more win to qualify for the final 64, which is where the single ko starts.
