On to the final 8 in Porto.
Howdie,
Long day here in Portugal. They divided the field in 4 groups on 16. Two groups played yesterday with Kat playing! She won her first match, then lost 6-8 to Gama(already a nice score), won another one 8-7 and then lost 4-8 to Diaz. That meant she got in the money!! 675 euro, the most she ever won 
I had the day off and had to pull out the guns today. Beat two Spanish players and then had to play Karl Boyes to qualify for the final 16. Still felt tired from the Manila trip and had a hard time in that match. Not a lot of energy but fought hard in the end. Was down 6-7, won the next game and broke and ran for 8-7
The final 16 was planned for Saturday, but they moved it to 22:00 this evening because of TV scheduling on Saturday. Single elimination from here on. I drew Ortmann and we had a battle again. Oliver pulled ahead 1-3 but I managed to get some control back and won 8-4.
That means I play Appleton tomorrow in the final 8 at 10:00, 11:00 Dutch time cause of the 1 hour time difference.

Ik begreep dat je weer een super resultaat neer gezet hebt Eerst Ortmann,Appleton en toen Chamat alleen de finale vs Alcaide net een brug te ver!
