2nd place in Woerden.
Howdie,
Decided to give the Padoc Open 9ball classic a shot after landing at Schiphol around 11. Quick one day tournament plus nice weather in between matches. A little stratego in the sun never did anyone any harm 
Played Otman in the last 16, 5-1. Then Arthur from there 6-1 in the quarters, Gilliano Smit in the semi's 6-2 and vs Nick vd Berg in the finals. Ran out of steam a little around midnight. On 4-4 I played a safety but left the 2ball over the side so not good enough. Nick jumped it in and ran out. He played an excellent safe in the next after his push out.
Qball and 2ball were both frozen on opposite short rails. He hit the 2 thin to send the white 4 rails back behind some balls. The trick was to stop the 2ball from moving fast. He hit it on another ball to stop it. I saw the shot but tough execution so gave it back. Missed the kick and a break and run for 4-7. Gonna go to the gym and then a couple of hours to the sauna cause feel a little worn-out.
We've got a 10-11 hour drive tomorrow to Sankt Johann in Austria for the Europeans there that start Thursday.
