5th place in Cologne.
Howdie,
Just walked through the door back home. Had the weekend in Cologne/Germany for the 10ball tournament. Organized by Sasha Muller who took care of the topplayers very well! 
Ortmann, Souquet, Tot, v/d Berg, Reimering, Chamat to name a few were all there.
Qualified with 3 straight wins for the final 32, which were held today. Played all my matches on the TV table and I knew it might be tricky with the humid other tables. They couldn't play all matches on TV so a regular table sooner or later. Played my last 32 match vs a German player and won 8-3. Then vs Sasha Teige on the TV table, who I beat in the qualifiers on Saturday. He was out for revenge and played very good, going up 5-7. He got a little nervous and made some mistakes. I stole the match 8-7, pfew 
Vs Sebastiaan Staab in the last 8 on a regular table again. This one was tricky, very humid and bouncy. Staab went 0-2 but I made it 4-2. Couldn't get a good feel for position from there and lost some feeling, Staab played well and it resulted in a 4-8 loss..
Dutch 14.1 grand prix next Sunday and the Oberhausen 10ball event the weekend after.
